Hygiene Officer
Key Responsibilities
Design and implement comprehensive hygiene and sanitation protocols across all F&B outlets, kitchens, and relevant operational areas.Conduct regular internal audits, inspections, and risk assessments, ensuring full compliance with statutory and corporate hygiene requirements.Lead and conduct food safety and hygiene training for all relevant colleagues.Collaborate with the Executive Chef, Stewarding, Housekeeping, and Engineering teams to maintain and improve hygiene standards.Serve as the primary point of contact for health inspections and liaise with local authorities as necessary.
