Hydraulic Marine Business Development Manager

Location: Cape Town - Coastal (Southern Africa)

Role Overview:

We are seeking a commercially driven Hydraulic Marine Business Development Manager to expand our footprint within the marine, port, and offshore sectors. The role is responsible for driving revenue growth, securing key accounts, and delivering technical hydraulic solutions that enhance customer uptime and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop new business across ports, shipyards, offshore operators, and marine OEMs
• Build and manage a robust sales pipeline to achieve revenue and margin targets
• Establish and grow strategic customer relationships
