The Hybrid Healthcare Representative will be responsible for promoting and creating demand among identified specialists for the ethical products in the assigned territories to achieve sales and market share objectives.
Duties & Responsibilities:
formulate strategies to achieve sales and market share objectives
spearhead planning and implementation of all CME activities such as RTDs, webinars, symposia, product presentations within the assigned territories
develop and maintain target specialists, speakers and key/emerging opinion leaders (KOLs/EOLs)
develop and update Territory Master Work Plan (TMWP) as source of relevant information and guideline in planning MD calls and implementation of programs
develop territory-based programs to improve understanding on assigned products
monitor sales, product movements and competitor activities
