What you will be doing:

• Responsible for internal and external financial reporting. Including quarterly and year-end financial statements, MD&A for submission to regulatory commissions.
• Coordinate and liaise with external auditors during quarterly and yearly audits.
• Coordinate with external control testers as they assess the design and operating effectiveness of the Company’s internal controls over financial reporting and disclosure controls and procedures.
• Responsible for month-end reporting. Ensuring timelines are met and reviewing month-end working papers.
• Review subsidiary companies’ financial information.
