The Commercial Title Examiner is responsible for analyzing and verifying the accuracy of property titles for commercial real estate transactions within Alabama and Tennessee. This role involves thorough research and examination of public records, legal documents, and property ownership histories to ensure clear titles and identify any potential issues or encumbrances.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct comprehensive searches of property records, including deeds, mortgages, liens, judgments, and tax assessments.
