**Job Description**

The HVAC Commercial Service Technician maintains, troubleshoots, and repairs a wide range of commercial and industrial HVAC systems. This role uses advanced knowledge of refrigeration theory, electrical schematics, pneumatic and electronic control systems, pipe fitting, welding and brazing, and mechanical layouts to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable operation of equipment such as air conditioning units, chillers, boilers, furnaces, and rooftop units.

**Responsibilities**

+ Perform maintenance, repair, and service on commercial and industrial HVAC systems, including air conditioning units, chillers, boilers, furnaces, and rooftop units.
