**Job Description**

The HVAC Technician Lead oversees the maintenance, repair, and service of commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems while providing technical expertise and hands-on support. This role focuses on troubleshooting complex issues, ensuring reliable operation of equipment, and supporting a small, skilled HVAC team in a clean, well-organized environment.

**Responsibilities**

+ Lead and perform maintenance, repair, and service on commercial HVAC equipment and systems.
+ Diagnose and troubleshoot issues in commercial refrigeration HVAC systems, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
