**Job Summary and Qualifications**

Maintains, adjust, repairs, tests and operates all types of air conditioners, chillers, heating systems, hydronics systems, pneumatic air systems and Johnson Control systems. Works from prints, sketches, diagrams, handbooks, and manufactures instructions to localizes the disturbance systems and plan and executes replacement of worn or defective parts. Assist in training of other HVAC Technicians on preventive maintenance procedures, repairs, and all other duties.

Provide information and technical input for the evaluation and purchasing of new equipment and the removal and or replacement of HVAC / Refrigeration equipment. Develop equipment preventive maintenance and repair procedures according ...
