**Position Summary**

Manages teams of HVAC service technicians through service supervisors in the safe and efficient servicing of commercial industry trades, equipment, components & systems.

**Position Details**

+ Directly responsible for the overall delivery and financial performance of a book of business - made up of Service Agreements, Quoted Repairs and T&M (Time & Material) Work.
+ Manages assigned teams typically lead by supervisors. Manages and monitors team
+ performance. Communicates goals and provides performance appraisals to direct reports.
+ Provides coaching, training and development plans as appropriate.
+ Manages teams to meet growth and profitability goals. Ensures technicians adhere to all legal, regulatory compliance, safety and risk management policies and procedures.
