Key Responsibilities

• Negotiate contract scope, buy-outs, and prepare purchase orders
• Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, general contractors, vendors, suppliers, and internal teams
• Oversee project organization, estimating, scheduling, execution, and closeout across multiple HVAC projects
• Manage financial aspects of projects including forecasting, manpower planning, job cost tracking, and monthly billings
