**Job Description**

Seeking a skilled HVAC Install Technician to add to our growing team. This role focuses on leading residential HVAC installation projects for home remodels, including furnaces, air conditioning units, ductwork, thermostats, compressors, mini-splits, and heat pumps. You will oversee installations from start to finish, provide on-site customer service, and mentor a helper or apprentice while representing the company professionally at customer homes. You will drive a company vehicle to job sites, with the option to take the vehicle home.
