**Basic Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering or related engineering degree
- Minimum 5 years of relevant Engineering experience
- Minimum 3 years in product engineering design, CAD, development and/or testing
- Minimum 1 years current design and release experience using the FCA releasing system
- Ability to review drawings and package studies in CAD
- Familiarity with source packages, specifications, DFMEA and DVP&R through the complete product cycle (from sourcing approval to serial production)
- Must have experience in one or more vehicle functional areas (Body, Interior, Chassis, Exterior, Electrical, Powertrain, Restraints)
- Experience in problem solving Strong technical research and writing skills Ability to work in a multicultural environment
- Self-starter
- Google Suite expertise
- Strong Presentation Skills
- Legally eligible to work in Mexico
