Summary This position serves as a Human Resources Specialist for the Albuquerque Service Center(ASC) with responsibility for the recruitment/placement function. The incumbent provides staffing and placement advisory services in all stages of the recruitment process including guidance on merit system principles and prohibited personnel practices.
