The primary purpose of this position is to perform a variety of conventional duties relating to a variety of human relations program areas and to complete developmental assignments and training outlined in the formal training and development program. Responsibilities Performs a variety of highly structured, entry-level human resources work designed to develop broader and more in-depth knowledge and skill to perform higher level assignments. Performs a variety of routine work assignments selected by the supervisor or experienced employee who serves as training monitor.
