Human Resources Specialist position offered on an 11-month fixed-term basis to cover maternity leave.
Responsbilities
- Conduct full process of functional duties such as recruitment activities
- Prepare complex and ad hoc statistical reports as required
- Work on projects as a project member
- Act as back up for Senior HR Officer as required
- Support and follow up on Learning & Development and performance management processes.
Education
- Bachelor in Human Resources, Psychology or related discipline or equivalent relevant experience
Work Experience
- At least 2 years of Human Resources experience in the manufacturing industry is required.
Skills
- Proficiency in PC software applications (e.g. MS word, Excel & Powerpoint)
- Ability to effectively utilize AI-powered tools
