Summary About the Position: This position is located in the office of the Chief, Human Capital Division and is located in Falls Church, VA. This position requires a high degree of expertise, initiative, and ability to influence senior leadership on critical human capital matters. This is not a virtual/remote position. You must live within or be willing to relocate within a commutable distance of the identified duty location (Falls Church, Virginia). Responsibilities Collaborate with senior leaders and stakeholders to gain buy-in and ensure alignment of HR strategies with overall organizational goals. Translate complex HR data into actionable insights for senior leadership. Identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement in HR operations.
