The primary purpose of this position is to serve as an AFPC Employee Benefits Compliance and Resolution Branch Administrator for DAF wide human resources programs spanning multiple MAJCOMs, COCOMs, and FOAs. Responsibilities Performs quality control and compliance reviews of operational civilian human resource actions for organizations across the DAF Develops standard business processes and procedures relating to how Employee Benefits services are delivered to a variety of customers consistently across the DAF Resolution of high level inquiries and court directed Negotiated Settlements as directed by DAF and communicates and prepares complex correspondence on behalf of the DAF regarding Employee Benefits Provides advisory services to managers, supervisors, and employees on Employee Benefits Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications In order to qu...
