Position Summary:


The H uman R esources Operations Manager supervises HR operations staff and daily departmental workflow, ensuring peak efficiency at a community health center with sites in Lower Manhattan and Jackson Heights, Queens . Their role focuses on implementing and refining core HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding and offboarding, payroll, benefits, training, and employee relations .
Job Duties:

+ Collaborate with senior staff on strategies for staff retention, professional development, and optimization of productivity and quality of care outcomes
