Coordinate employee medical insurance and maintain accurate employee records, processing status changes for new joiners, resignations, and revised designations in a timely manner.
Assist and coordinate scheduling of participants for orientation and training sessions, track participants and training records, and enter training records into the database.
Develop and monitor employee satisfaction evaluation, recognition, and staff retention initiatives.
Ensure implementation and adherence of the Medical Surveillance policy.
Coordinate performance management by supporting department heads to conduct 15‑day, six‑month, and annual employee appraisals; track appraisal responses and update management with relevant reports.
