Job Description

This position is accountable for managing the Human Resource function for the New Hartford and Dunkirk sites and is responsible for creating and implementing Human Resources policies. Responsible for partnering with the business operations team to ensure a complete understanding of business needs and objectives.

The Human Resources Manager is responsible with managing the relationship between the Company and Union as well as ensuring consistent administration of the collective bargaining agreement.
