The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives. They will maintain and enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices.
Responsibilities
- Perform as a strategic partner along with the rest of the plant management team.
- Act as a liaison between the plant floor management and the Plant Manager with responsibility for all aspects of human resources in a high-speed manufacturing environment.
- Liaison with Corporate Human Resources team on various matters as member of company-wide Human Resources Team.
- Involvement with the plant’s EHS Committee, WCP Committee and Quality Teams.
