Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager with strong exposure to the Staffing/Recruitment or IT/Software industry. The role requires hands-on expertise in end-to-end recruitment, Indian labour law compliance, payroll, statutory management (TDS, GST, PF, ESI), and development of HR policies and procedures. The candidate will manage complete HR operations while supporting business growth and workforce planning.
