HR Lead / People Lead

SaverBro is looking for a driven and people-centered HR Lead to help build, strengthen, and protect our team culture as we continue to grow across Sabah and Malaysia.

This role is not only about recruitment or administration. It is about becoming the person who helps our people grow, keeps the team aligned, improves discipline, supports leadership, and builds a workplace where performance, ownership, and heart can exist together.

As our HR Lead, you will work closely with management, branch leaders, and team members to ensure SaverBro has the right people, the right structure, the right culture, and the right systems to support our expansion.
