Job Responsibilities -Assist in handling basic HR processes for employees in Spain, including onboarding/offboarding procedures, contract filing, and attendance tracking, ensuring compliance with local regulations. -Support overseas recruitment coordination, such as resume screening, interview scheduling, candidate communication, and recruitment progress follow-up. -Help organize HR and admin-related documents/reports for the Spain region, maintaining the integrity of employee information files. -Collaborate in promoting the implementation of global HR policies in Spain and participate in cross-cultural communication and coordination. -Provide logistical support for employee activities, training sessions, and other related events in Spain to enhance employee experience. -Complete other administrative and HR-related tasks assigned by supervisors.
