We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive HR Intern to join our Talent Acquisition team.
This internship is ideal for someone who is interested in recruitment, employer branding and social media hiring strategies.
You will gain hands-on exposure in talent sourcing, campus hiring and recruitment operations while working closely with the HR team.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through various recruitment channels
- Support Talent Acquisition Manager in recruitment activities including interview coordination and candidate follow-up
- Proactively explore new channels to attract talents such as LinkedIn, JobStreet, Xiao Hong Shu and other social platforms
- Assist in employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns
- Support career fairs, campus engagement activities and hiring events
- Prepare recruitment-related reports and maintain candidate databases
