Overall purpose and responsibilities of the role:

A seasoned HR leader with 10+ years of broad HR experience across recruitment, core HR, performance management, succession planning, and talent retention. Possesses strong business partner capabilities, able to advise senior leadership and implement HR strategies that align with organizational goals.

Demonstrates excellent relationship-building and influencing skills, able to communicate effectively across all levels in a horizontal, collaborative environment.
