The HR Generalist support the HR department in ensuring smooth, efficient and customer friendly business operations. Administer healthy & wellness benefits, recruiting programs and payroll. Actively participate in administrative and strategic responsibilities for important functions of the department and company.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Three to six years related Human Resource experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education/training and experience.
• An HR certification is preferred.
• Familiarity with HRIS. Proficient with software programs and analytical skills.
• Accounting and/or Payroll experience is helpful, as well as Union experience.
