The New York City office of a global and explanding investment firm is looking for a smart, adaptable Human Resources Generalist who can help to shape the future of HR at a high-performance organization. PRIOR EXPERIENCE AT A FINANCIAL SERVICES COMPANY IS REQUIRED. You will support the day-to-day delivery of HR operations and employee experience across assigned regions, working closely with the VP, Senior HR Generalist to ensure their people processes are running smoothly, their data is reliable, and their employees feel supported. This is a hands-on role with meaningful exposure to a wide range of HR disciplines in a firm that is actively building its People infrastructure. This role is ideal for someone with 5-7+ years of relevant experience who is comfortable helping create and improve processes, and who is energized by the opportunity to help build something from scratch.
