Functions & Responsibilities:
- Supports the implementation and coordination of HR and Benefit initiatives and ensures the consistent application of MRC policies and procedures.
- Facilitates and supports new hire processing, onboarding and terminations.
- Assists employees with benefit plan enrollment, questions, issues, and changes.
- Complies with all applicable federal, state, and company policies.
