We are seeking a Bi-lingual (Spanish speaking) HR Generalist to support our manufacturing operations on 2nd shift . This role plays a key part in driving employee engagement, ensuring compliance, and supporting day-to-day HR functions in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the administration and enforcement of company policies and procedures
• Partner with managers and supervisors to address employee relations and disciplinary matters
• Recruit, screen, and interview candidates for open positions
• Conduct employee training, investigations, and I-9 audits
• Assist with unemployment claims, appeals, and hearings
• Ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws
• Analyze turnover, retention, and absenteeism data; support development of improvement initiatives
