The HR for New Zealand is responsible for delivering all core HR functions locally
1. Strategic HR Delivery & Alignment
- Implement and embed the ANZ Dealers HR strategy within the New Zealand business.
- Act as the key HR contact for NZ, ensuring alignment with AU‑led frameworks, policies, and initiatives.
- Provide strategic HR advice to NZ leadership and support organisational planning, capability development, and workforce optimization.
- Analyse people data, trends, and insights to support decision‑making and workforce planning.
2. Culture, Engagement & Communication
- Support culture and engagement initiatives aligned with ANZ HR direction.
- Coordinate internal communication to ensure NZ teams are informed, connected, and aligned with business priorities.
