Description and Responsibilities: Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties. Assist in full recruitment, job placement in various job portals and coordination of interview. Handle the work passes and all MOM matters. Preparing of official letters (Appointment letters, Employment letters, increment letters and etc). Handling foreign workers accommodation when necessary. Onboarding and Offboarding of staffs. Handle staff leave benefits. Manage the software Payboy for leave entitlement and staffs database. Any other HR duties assigned.
