HUMAN RESOURCE DIRECTOR

Vantage at West Springfield is looking for an experienced, motivated and creative Human Resources Generalist (HRG) for our West Springfield MA location. The HR Generalist will administer and perform payroll. The HR Generalist at a minimum, will be responsible for on-boarding new hires, maintain employee files, maintain and job postings for the facility, provide and coordinate annual open enrollment, maintain OSHA logs and maintain FMLA and workers comp claims. The individual must have strong computer skills, payroll experience, strong communication skills, Long term care HR experience and must have knowledge of Human Resource tasks.
