Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced and business-oriented Human Resources Director to support our growing branded pharmaceutical organization. This role will serve as a strategic HR Business Partner to commercial and corporate functions while also leading end-to-end talent acquisition efforts across the organization.

The ideal candidate combines strong HR generalist and business partnering capabilities with a proven track record of recruiting high-caliber talent within the pharmaceutical industry, particularly across commercial, medical affairs, market access, regulatory, clinical development, and corporate functions.
