HUMAN RESOURCES DIRECTOR – LOCATION: HYBRID – BARCELONA/ALT URGELL

Functions and responsibilities:

• Lead the People department.
• Manage and mentor HR team of 3 people.
• People & Culture roadmap
• Be part of the Management Committee
• Establish and manage Human Resources processes.
• Provide support to Corporate in managing key talent across non-European subsidiaries.
• Define and implement HR policies: Talent management, recruitment, selection, retention, etc.
• Supervision and coordination of labor and human resources management with the different subsidiaries in Europe. Management and supervision of the Security/PRL Area.
• HR Strategy – Contribute to the development of HR strategic plans for the organization, which are linked and in sync with the strategic aspirations and requirements of the business. Provide expertise and insight to management.
