**Job Summary / Purpose**
The HR Coordinator establishes partnerships across the HR function, including multiple Centers of Excellence (CoEs) to deliver value within the division and serves as a HR technical and tactical partner. Responsible for supporting a positive employee life cycle, as well as aligning processes to support human resources, leaders and team members through a variety of responsibilities.
**Essential Key Job Responsibilities**
+ Culture –Assists the HR leader with integrating culture standards consistent with the CommonSpirit Health’s mission, vision and values into business unit/facility/market/division practices and processes to ensure all employees experience and engage in supporting the desired work culture.
