Overview


The HR Compliance Specialist must be located in Louisiville, KY as the role will be based in office on a hybrid basis. The role serves as a highly autonomous, cross‑functional role that is responsible for enterprise-wide HR regulatory compliance within a healthcare environment. This role combines adjudication oversight, advanced leave and accommodation governance, and employment compliance strategy. This position will act as the primary subject‑matter expert (SME) for Leave of Absence (LOA), ADA compliance and workforce monitoring. This position also conducts deep‑dive license and credential verifications, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements. The role is responsible for the application of federal/state leave laws in partnership with HR Managers.
