• The HRBP is responsible for the full spectrum of HR administration — including hiring, retention, termination, personnel records, legal compliance, compensation, benefits, and staffing strategy.
• The role champions policy awareness and legal compliance, handles employee relations for assigned client groups, and partners with leadership to drive company-wide initiatives.
• This individual acts as a trusted liaison between employees and management, fosters a positive and open workplace culture, and contributes to the creation and delivery of employee training, development, and engagement activities.
