Luxury Lodge & Hotel Group with Head Offices based in Randburg is looking for a Human Resources Business Partner reporting directly to the Group HR Manager , you will be responsible for the full HR lifecycle The suitable candidate will act as the HR Business Partner for Support Office (Head Office) employees and support, enable , and strengthen property-based HR Teams through group-level guidance, data oversight , and consistent people practices . The role requires strong capability in payroll coordination, workforce data, employment equity reporting, and legislative compliance , while partnering closely with leaders and HR colleagues to ensure people decisions are people-cantered, data-informed , and legally sound across the Group.
