Minimum Skills and Knowledge Required
- National Diploma/Degree in HR or related Human Science qualification.
- Minimum of 3 years experience working in the HR domain.
- Excellent computer user skills (MS Office).
- Working knowledge of employee benefits offerings, policies, and local labour legislation.
- Knowledge and understanding of Employment Equity and Transformation.
- Strong administration and report writing skills.
