Benefits Coordinator II:
This hybrid position will support the Benefits team with Open Enrollment activities. The contingent worker will deliver Tier II support for escalated Open Enrollment concerns while also assisting with operational tasks related to the Open Enrollment process.
Primary Function
To provide customer service by responding to problems, complaints, and concerns from active employees, retirees, and COBRA program participants and resolving the issues presented. Act as a liaison between our employees and the various third party administrators in regards to the flexible benefit program. Explain Christiana Care benefit policies and practices to assist employees and their dependents in understanding their benefits.
