Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment for key positions: sourcing, screening, interviews, offers and onboarding
• Develop and maintain HR policies, job descriptions and performance management processes
• Partner with department heads on workforce planning, organization structure and training needs
• Handle employee relations, engagement activities and basic discipline and grievance procedures
• Oversee payroll coordination, statutory compliance and HR records in partnership with Finance team

Requirements

• At least 2 to 3 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 2 years in an HR lead role
• Strong hands‑on recruitment experience for sales, technical and back‑office roles
• Great knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices for SMEs
• Has experience in identifying different personality types as it relates to work environment
