About the Role

Our client is seeking a Human Resource/Payroll Specialist to support their construction operations. In this position, you will play a key role in HR operations, recruitment, onboarding, payroll support, employee relations, and compliance. You'll work closely with their Controller/Business Services Manager and contribute to building efficient HR processes that support our employees and organizational goals.
