Duties & Responsibilities Recruitment / Selection / On-boarding HRIS Industrial relations Training and development department assistance when required Organizational Development Reporting HR Projects HR Administration Ad-hoc tasks Recruitment process knowledge Good communication skills A high level of accuracy and attention to detail Good organizational and time management skills Maintain a high level of confidentiality Proactive Desired Experience & Qualifications National Senior Certificate B. Com HRM / B. Soc. Sc Industrial Psychology Degree or related field 3-5 years’ HR Mining generalist experience Microsoft Office skills, especially in Excel Excellent verbal and written communication skills Package & Remuneration
