Job Title: HR Generalist

We are seeking a qualified HR Generalist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources and a passion for working in the mining industry.

Minimum Requirements:

• B. Com HRM / B.Soc.Sc Industrial Psychology Degree
• At least 3-5 years’ HR generalist experience
• Previous experience working in the mining environment will be beneficial
• Experience working on HR systems will be beneficial i.e., SAGE, Biometrics etc.
• Extensive Industrial Relations experience and initiating disciplinary cases
• Sound knowledge on recruitment / retention practices
• Extensive knowledge on South African Labour Legislation
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills, especially on Excel
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Good organisational and time management skills
