• Opportunity for a hands-on, people-centric HR Manager to support Johor operations.
• Play a key role in delivering end-to-end HR support across the employee lifecycle while ensuring compliance with Malaysian labour laws.

What you will be doing

• Oversee payroll review to ensure accuracy and compliance with statutory and internal requirements.
• Provide guidance on Malaysian labour laws, HR policies, and best practices.
• Lead and support internal and external HR audits and manage foreign worker administration.
• Partner with hiring managers on recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes.
