General Purpose

The Human Resource Generalist – Chile will report to the General Manager LATAM with a dotted line report to the HR Manager, providing confidential support in HR functions. The Human Resources Generalist will run the daily functions of the Human Resources department, including hiring and interviewing staff, training, benefits, leave, and enforcing company policies and practices.
