Roles & Responsibilities
Managing HR administrative duties including Onboarding, offboarding. Handling work pass applications, issuance, cancellations and related security bond & medical insurance purchasing Handle staff WICA claims and liaise with insurers. Assist on payroll processing To assist Operations Department for all HR/Admin related matters Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned Job Requirements Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Business Administration/Management, Human Resource Management or equivalent. Excellent communication skills with proficiency in English. Prefer candidates who can start within short notice or immediately. Strong sense of responsibility and team awareness, good communication skills and ability to work under stress. Possess good working knowledge of the Employment Act and its related regulations. 5 days work week
