Roles & Responsibilities
-Handle full spectrum of HR function
-Application, renewal and cancellation of foreign worker passes
-To assist in recruitment which includes job postings, schedule interviews
-Prepare all employment-related documents, e.g. employment contact, letter etc
-On-boarding / Off-boarding formalities, staff orientation
-Handle monthly payroll and salary report preparation
-Design, oversee and implement Company's compensation and benefits programs
-Design, formulate and manage staff appraisal system
-Organize corporate events
-Review and update HR Policies
-Processing of Government Bodies claim such as Maternity claims, Childcare leaveclaims, NSmen claims and statutory claims
-Preparation and filling of IR8A and IR21
-Perform any other ad-hoc duties as requested or assigned
