Job Scope: Manage full spectrum of payroll process. Responsible for full spectrum of HR functions: Recruitment, interviewing, appointment, resignation/termination training and development Familiar with BIPO HR sytem, Government claims HR and personal data protection policies, SOPs, employee handbook Training-related funding applications (WDA, VCF, SDF etc) Good understanding of Singapore employment act.
